The Gränsfors Double Bit Felling Axe is based on North American working axes. Both edges are identical - 16 cm (~6-1/4") long. The felling axe has a 89 cm (~35") American hickory handle with a slight knob at the end for better grip. It is used for felling small trees or limbing. Overall weight is 2.4 kg (~4.8 lb).
The head weighs about 1.4 kg (~3 lb). It is the same head as on the Double Bit Throwing Axe.
The axe includes a grain-leather sheath for each edge.
