Protect the fine edges of your hand saws with this slip-on, light plastic blade guard. Its outside dimension is 1/8" x 11/32" and it has a 1/16" wide by 1/8" high channel down its length. The guard works great on thinner kerf, lightly set hand saws like Japanese saws. We also found that it fits our Veritas and Lie-Nielsen joinery saws very well.
