The C10-995 is a direct replacement for the drive belt used on the Rikon 10-326, 10-325 and 10-324 model bandsaws. The belt goes from the motor pulley to the drive pulley on the lower wheel. (Also fits RK14CS, 10-320, and 10-321). It is a more durable black rubber j-belt, replacing the poly design.
