This tool neatly solves a problem that plagues most swivel-tip tools: torque resulting from off-center cutting. You still get all the benefits of goose-neck design and adjustable cutting and scraping tips, but the tool's completely flat 3/4" wide underside sits stably on your toolrest and does almost all the work of countering the tool's urge to rotate when the going gets tough. The Hollowmaster comes with a 1/4" cutter with half-round end, and a round scraping cutter. Gooseneck blade is 9" long; overall length is 21".
